The staffs super approachable.. the rooms were upgraded by the receptionist and super comfy. The location is prime and to many places walkable. The young girl at the restaurant is super hard working and dedicated. The breakfast on the weekends were very good and the remaining was just average. Rooms were super big. At the night flame tower are visible from the Balcony. Ordering food is not an issue. Just download the wolt app and bolt app and they are fast n btring straight to ur door step. The toilets are super comfortable.

It was a very big clean room. The staff’s were very helpful especially Kanan! We could see flame towers from our room terrace! Baku is a lovely place and people are very helpful and welcoming!

▪️Location: It was well located in Nizami Street, about 5-7 mins from Nizami Metro Station ▪️Room: We booked a standard double room but when we checked in hotel, our room was upgraded to a triple room which was very large in size and had a balcony with a beautiful view of flame towers. AC was working ▪️Breakfast: It was good with a lot of items and they also prepared fresh omelettes for us. ▪️Facilities: It has a nice swimming pool in the basement which opens from 1200hrs till 2300hrs. Lift was working good ▪️Staff: Staff are very cooperative and they also booked a taxi for us for airport when checking out. The cost for taxi from Airport to Hotel is approximately 30 Manat. ▪️Internet: High speed wifi with good range. ▪️Recommendation: Highly recommended

The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. The location is good as well. The location of the hotel is convenient as you have restaurants, bakeries, supermarket and banks around.

Good location with nive hangout places close by, easily accessible by Metro, Bus or Taxi. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff helpfull. Breakfast was standard and good. Not fancy or many options but what was prepared was good and sufficient. They also order food from outside restaurants at our request and pay at checkout plus AZN 10-15 service fees(norminal). Thou they had spa and swimming pool didn't get time to check it out 😬

Rooms are clean however the bathrooms from one of the rooms smelled of gutter constantly which was unpleasant. Location is good. Breakfast is ok.

I truly relished staying at this fabulous hotel. The personal attitude was out of words. They anticipated my preferences in advance. The reception was always helpful and polite, as one example. I wanted to chek out at 14:00 and the reception said that there is no problem which indeed made me happy. The amenities and the rooms as well as the shower were perfect and I liked the room to be on a high floor. Also, I liked hos tasty was the breakfast. All in all, I will certainly once again make reservation in this astonishing hotel property.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the size was beyond my expectation. The same applies to the bathroom. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the receptionist Kenan. Wi-Fi works impeccably. I asked for a quiet room at a higher floor and got the one at the end of the corridor at the top floor, which was perfect! It's a very good value for money!

Breakfast was just AMAZING, Yummy !!!, Great Location at Main Road and Easy to get a cab, 5Mins walk to the metro station, Download BOLT CAB APP before starting your trip. ROOMS were very clean and neat, Daily housekeeping service changing bedsheets & towels, EXCELLENT HOTEL IN BAKU. VALUE FOR MONEY. Very Helpful Front desk team. Rating 10/10. NEW Property, You can book this hotel without any second thought. I travelled with my family and kids. Budget-friendly hotel.
